About Kase Diehl

Kase Diehl brings a well-rounded background in commercial brokerage, a ti-state license portfolio (Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina), and a client -first approach to every transaction. A Charlotte native and proud graduate of UGA, Kase specializes in representing property owners, investors, and business operators across Savannah and the surrounding Lowcountry region. 

With a deep appreciation for the city's historic charm and evolving business landscape, Kase is committed to contributing to Savannah's continued growth by forging meaningful relationships and delivering results-driven service. 

Outside of real estate, Kase remains actively involved in community service. He's volunteered with the First Tee of Greater Charlotte, mentoring youth through golf, and has contributed his time to the James Mcelroy and Diehl law firm, gaining valuable insight that compliments his brokerage work. 

When he's not working, you'll likely find Kase on the golf course or pickleball court--connecting with the community and enjoying the outdoors.
