Paul Scott is a Savannah native and Co-Owner of Parker Scott Properties. Paul brings a rare combination of hands-on experience in development, construction, brokerage, banking and public-sector exposure to the firm. His background spans all facets of industrial and commercial real estate, land development and entitlement, multifamily projects, construction, bank underwriting/finance, site selection and overall investment consultation.
Paul's career path includes serving as a Congressional Aide in Washington DC, the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, the Savannah Economic Development Authority and as a private sector owner, developer and broker. He has served Paul has led and advised on a wide range of projects, including multifamily communities (garden and podium style), large-scale industrial parks, commercial developments, acquisition of Amazon Facilities, and FDIC insured banks.
At his core, Paul brings a strategic, experienced approach to every transaction—grounded in real-world development, market knowledge, and a clear understanding of how to create value from the ground up.
